Sam Asghari, born in Tehran, Iran, on March 3, 1994, is an American actor, model, and fitness trainer. He moved to the United States in 2006 at the age of 12, joining his father in Los Angeles. During his high school years at Westlake High School in Southern California, Sam was actively involved in American football and participated in the school's drama program. After high school, he attended Los Angeles Pierce College, where he continued his involvement in football and theater. Post-college, Sam shifted his focus to the fitness industry, achieving a personal transformation by losing approximately 100 pounds, which inspired many around him.
